What is Consciousness

Our core consciousness is eternal. It is the very energy that animates the physical body - it is life itself. Evidential mediumship provides the verifiable proof that our consciousness continues after physical death.The Soul naturally seeks peace, freedom from suffering, and joy, both during its time on Earth and long after. Traditional Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing

Individual and small group Reiki First Degree and Second Degree Training are offered regularly. If you prefer one-on-one training, please contact me, and together we can determine if this would be most effective for you. I do not facilitate First and Second Degree Reiki Training together. My experience demonstrates that we are most successful in developing our Reiki energy and skills if they are separated by at least six months. Advanced Reiki Practitioner Training and Reiki Master Teacher Training are scheduled for suitable students who have completed and regularly practice First and Second Degree Reiki.

Eastern & Indigenous Lineages: The Maui Years

In my mid thirties, I chose to walk away from corporate success to fully anchor my natural ultra-sensitivity and lifelong gift as an evidential medium. I relocated to Maui, Hawaii, where I spent several years formalising my expertise in energy medicine:

Energy Medicine

I trained at the original Maui Academy of Healing Arts, qualifying as a State Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and Therapeutic Bodywork practitioner. At the same time I qualified at Level 4 Master Practitioner and Teacher, the Traditional Usui Japanese System of Natural Healing (Shiki Ryoho Reiki).

Palliative Holistic Care

Whilst living on Maui, I volunteered extensively with the Maui AIDS Foundation, providing holistic and energetic support to individuals navigating the final stages of illness. This profound work sparked a lifelong dedication to supporting deep grief and the art of transition.

Sacred Apprenticeship

While on the islands, I was privileged to have an opportunity to work beside and to learn from esteemed indigenous Hawaiian Kahuna Lapa’au (traditional medicine and healing) and Kahuna Pule (traditional ministering and prayer). Serving as intermediaries between the physical and spiritual fields, their teachings fundamentally refined my capacity to act as a clear, grounded bridge for consciousness.

After Maui, I returned to the UK to ground my energetic mastery in Western science and higher education, building an ironclad framework of psychological safety for my clients:

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, ensuring my intuitive work is backed by a clinical understanding of human behaviour, trauma, and how the mind processes emotions.

After a PGCE (PcEd and Training), I chose to teach within HM Prison Service Ed. Dept. focusing on social, emotional and cognitive growth and development.

Mindfulness & Corporate Wellness

As digital platforms grew, I expanded into delivering online coaching, designing learning solutions focused on mindfulness, meditation, and workplace wellness.
